Dr. Pascarella is an Optometric Physician certified in the diagnosis and therapeutic management of eye disease. He has been in practice for over 25 years in Bucks County, PA providing comprehensive eye care and expert contact lens fitting. Dr. Pascarella specializes in fitting contact lenses on the most challenging conditions of the eye. Patients with irregular astigmatism, keratoconus, dry eyes, refractive and strabismic amblyopia, and presbyopia (difficulty seeing up close), have benefited from his years of experience.

After attending Villanova University for his undergraduate studies, Dr. Pascarella went to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) where he received honors for his low vision, private practice, and contact lens rotations. Early in his career, he acted as a consultant to the Prevention of Blindness Council and External Education Dept. for the College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA. He currently is an adjunct faculty member of the New England College of Optometry, in addition to, Salus University, and participates in their externship programs. In 2012, Dr. Pascarella accepted the position of Consultant to the Contact Lens Department of Salus University. He taught a “hands-on” RGP (rigid gas permeable) contact lens lab and was a contributing lecturer for the new Advanced Studies Contact Lens Course which began in January 2013. He instructed on the topics of Multifocal and Bifocal Contact Lens Designs, as well as, Multifocal Contact Lenses for Astigmatism.
Dr. Pascarella also actively participates in teaching workshops for students of optometry regarding contact lens fitting techniques.
Dr. Pascarella is a member of the American Optometric Association, as well as, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. He is also part of the Contact Lens and Cornea Section of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Pascarella has been asked to participate in nationally recognized peer discussion groups, as well as, clinical research studies and contact lens practice management lectures. He contributed to an instructional video series to help other doctors learn how to utilize bifocal lens designs.
Dr. Pascarella is often referred to by other eye care professionals for his expertise in hard-to-fit complicated fitting situations. He welcomes patients from a growing network of practices and enjoys working with other doctors who have specialties in other areas. When Dr. Pascarella is not in the office he enjoys cooking, kayaking, hiking, and traveling. His family lives in Richboro, PA.
